• Fixed promptly and efficiently if a problem occurs.

We will confirm our commitment to you in a Service Level Agreement so that expectations, timeframes and costs are understood by both parties.

In addition, clients who are on 12 month or rolling maintenance service contracts are eligible for a massive 50% discount on our standard fees for an IT Strategy.
